According to the Ookla® Speedtest Connectivity Report for the second half of 2025 (2H 2025), Transworld was the fastest fixed internet service provider (ISP) in Pakistan during this period.
Transworld recorded a median download speed of 34.86 Mbps and a median upload speed of 30.5 Mbps, making it the top provider in terms of speed.
However, PTCL Flash Fiber was recognized as having the Best Fixed Network among ISPs in Pakistan during the same period. Based on Speedtest Intelligence® data, PTCL Flash Fiber achieved a Speedtest Connectivity Score of 61.73, showing strong overall network performance.
Top Gaming Experience
The report also highlighted gaming performance.
- Zong provided the best mobile gaming experience in Pakistan during 2H 2025.
- Among fixed internet providers, PTCL Flash Fiber delivered the best gaming experience.
Top-Performing Cities
Among Pakistan’s most populated cities:
- Faisalabad recorded the fastest median mobile download speed at 24.13 Mbps.
- Islamabad had the fastest median fixed download speed at 24.57 Mbps, making it the top city for fixed broadband performance.
The report shows strong competition among telecom and internet providers as demand for fast and reliable internet continues to grow across Pakistan.
