Nubia has officially launched the nubia Neo 5 GT at MWC Barcelona 2026. The device is dedicated for young gamers and Gen-Z users, with a strong focous on cooling technology and ai based features including AI Waifu Coach.
Display And Design
The Nubia Neo 5 GT has a flat back without a camera bump and smooth rounded edges. It supports a 90° charging cable for easier use while gaming. The phone also features stereo dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra, an X-Axis linear motor for better vibration feedback, and RGB lights that react during gameplay.
For gaming, the phone has 550Hz Neo Triggers 5.0, allowing four-finger control. It responds very fast with less than 5.5 ms latency and a 3049Hz touch sampling rate. The Magic Touch 3.0 feature keeps the screen smoothly responsive even when your fingers are wet or sweaty.
The phone has a 6.8‑inch 1.5K AMOLED front display. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and can reach a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The screen also has SGS‑certified Eye Care technology to reduce eye strain during long use.
Internals and Software
The phone is powered by the MediaTek D7400 4nm processor and comes with LPDDR5 memory at 6400 Mbps. Nubia’s NeoTurbo Engine keeps performance smooth and frame rates stable. A 360° Game Antenna ensures strong and steady connectivity no matter how you hold the phone.
The Neo 5 GT can run Garena Free Fire and MLBB at 120FPS.
This phone includes built-in cooling fan system, making it the only device in it’s class with this amazing feature.The phone also has a 29,508mm² cooling system. Its Through-Flow Duct Design moves air over the CPU and battery to control heat during long gaming sessions.

The nubia Neo 5 GT comes with basic cameras, front camera is 50MP and contain auxiliary lense which is only for show off, it allow video recording at 1080p with 30fps.
For selfie it features only 16MP front facing camera.
Battery And Pricing
The phone comes with 62100 mAh dual cell battery. It support 80W fast charging. The 5% extreme mode give you 23 minutes gaming and upto 19 hours of standby time. Bypass charging allow the device to get power directly without charging the battery.
The phone will begin rolling out in Southeast Asia in March 2026, with a starting price of around $464 (~€399).
