5G Rollout Begins in Pakistan as Telcos List Coverage Areas

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has issued NGMS/5G licenses to mobile network operators, allowing them to start commercial 5G services in the Pakistan.

According to the official statement, the license is issued to Jazz, Ufone, and Zong telecom companies. These companies are now authorized to launch next-gen mobile services in Pakistan.

5G Services to Launch in Phases

The PTA stated that telecom operators will introduce 5G services gradually instead of launching them nationwide at once.

This phased rollout will help ensure network stability and provide a better user experience. It will also allow operators to monitor performance and expand coverage step by step based on demand and technical readiness.

Operators Directed to Publish Coverage Areas

To improve transparency and keep users informed, the PTA has instructed all operators to publish updated lists of 5G service areas on their official websites.

These lists will show:

  • Cities and locations where 5G is available
  • Compatible 5G smartphone models approved for use in Pakistan

This will help users easily check whether 5G is available in their area and whether their device supports it.

5G Access Depends on Device Compatibility

The PTA clarified that only supported smartphones from approved manufacturers will be able to use 5G services.

Even in covered areas, service availability may vary depending on:

  • Network readiness
  • Location
  • Device compatibility

Users Advised to Update Devices

Consumers have been advised to enable 5G settings on their smartphones and install the latest software updates for the best performance.

  1. I started writing down one thing at the end of every day — what I actually managed to do. Not a to-do list, not plans. Just one small win. It’s surprising how quickly it shifts your perspective.

  2. “I have recently been checking out different color palettes and determined that identifying your season can genuinely help when shopping for clothes or makeup. For example, if you have a strong summer color season or are leaning toward the soft winter palette, knowing this can guide you toward colors that complement fair olive skin or red undertone skin effortlessly. There are some amazing tools like the Color Analysis Pro app and complimentary color analysis quizzes online that make sense of this, including a handy skin tone chart to identify your position in the 16 season color analysis test.

If you’ve used the Color Analysis Pro service but need to cancel, it’s helpful to know exactly how to stop your plan to avoid surprise billing (you can find full instructions here free color analysis ). Also, for those wondering “what season am I?” or “what is my color palette?” paying attention to palettes such as deep summer, soft winter, or even the dark summer color palette can truly define your best colors. This can be incredibly beneficial for discovering the best colors for pale olive skin or yellow undertone skin, making styling decisions so much easier.”
